Wow! We just came back from the Party Expo at M'kor Shalom on Sunday. It is a very overwhelming experience for the potential customers. I felt like some people who walked by were on sensory overload.
I think it also stressed some people out who were really just looking. One of the first questions that we like to ask about is the energy level of the party. Do you want it to be a high-energy party with lots of interactivity or whether you want it to be a lower energy party, you want the music and you want the kids to be entertained, but you don't want to be forced to do anything. When I asked that question, a few people responded that it was a very good question. I would say that the energy question would be the perfect starting point when you are planning your party.
